Mr. Jun Tajima, Head of ROCB A/P, and Ms. Asuka Nagamatsu, CCF/Japan Operation Manager and Program Manager, visited Mr. Yasuo Takamura, Director-General of Japan Customs, on the sidelines of a meeting in Japan.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Tajima showed his appreciation to Japan Customs for its contributions to the WCO and the ROCB A/P for both financial means and human resources. During the meeting, Mr. Tajima gave an overview of the ROCB A/P and its activities including the Training Management Project of the WCO, thanking him for its support to the Project as well. He also showed the draft Compendium on Training Management as its outcome.

Mr. Takamura recognised ROCB A/P’s long-standing contribution in the Asia Pacific Region and encouraged it to continue being a valuable resource for both Members and the WCO.
